(Above) Italian Village Park is within a densely populated neighborhood and easily accessed by foot. The above diagram shows a 10 minute walk to/from the park.

(Right) Pedestrian and vehicular circulation to and around the park follows street grid. Vehicular traffic is increased by the HUB garage and new mid-rise developments on High Street and Pearl Alley. Several outdoor patios are located in close proximity to the park.

The Parkside on Pearl development, currently under construction, will define the West edge of the park. The ground floor is slated to include a commercial tenant space on Hubbard Ave.
