Limited space along Hubbard Ave has caused street trees to become root bound, a condition that will limit development of tree and likely cause issues with adjacent paving.
Mature Bradford Pear trees (invasive) along Hull Alley have been pruned by utility company along overhead power lines. Service traffic, dumpsters, has compacted soil in the area.
